Create a unique identifier for each style. For example, if your brand is named SalteeBay and this is your first piece, you might
name it SB01.
COLUMN 2: STYLE NAME OR NOTE
Assign a name to your style. You can also use this column to jot down any design notes or specific sample instructions you’d
like us to follow
COLUMN 3: LENGTH OF GARMENT
Specify the intended length of the garment — for example: Mini, Mid-thigh, Knee-length, Midi, or Maxi. This helps ensure the
silhouette and drape match your original vision during sampling.
COLUMN 4: OUTER FABRIC
Let us know your preferred outer fabric. You can choose from our selection of fabrics or any other options you have
COLUMN 5: COLOR OR PRINT (OUTER)
For initial custom samples focused on fit, we recommend using neutral tones mentioned in the form. For Custom Styles, feel
free to select any colors or prints.
COLUMN 6: INNER FABRIC (LINING)
Most samples use the same fabric for both inside and out. However, if the outer fabric has texture (e.g., crinkle or rib), we
suggest a smooth lining fabric for comfort.
COLUMN 7: INNER COLOR OR PRINT (LINING)
Typically, the inner fabric color matches the outer, or is a complementary solid. Using prints on the inside is possible but can
increase cost, so is less common.
COLUMN 8: SAMPLE SIZE
Indicate the size you’d like your samples in. It’s ideal to use a consistent size across all styles (often based on your fit model)
to ensure accurate fit evaluation.
